I am here to provide support and guidance along the way through a holistic and integrative approach.
I am experienced working with both adolescents and adults. I work with clients on issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, anger management, substance abuse, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy premarital counseling to help couples establish strong foundations for successful and happy marriages.
I have been a therapist for five years and I am passionate about my work. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, watching sitcoms and crime shows and snuggling with my puppy, Willow.
